Learning for Life
The Smith Family’s ‘Learning for Life’ program provides support to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. The program helps students stay at school and access the full range of educational opportunities through scholarships and mentoring programs.
Savings & Loans also provides funding for a Learning for Life worker to help with the program and provide hundreds of education scholarships.
As a result of Savings & Loans' involvement, The Smith Family has adapted the Learning for Life program to better suit the needs of young carers.
Learning for Life is about giving young Australians the opportunities they deserve to reach their full potential.
